Proudly Made in the USA, these compact hinges are ideal for kitchen, bathroom, laundry, and utility cabinets where a firm self-closing mechanism is preferred.
These hinges feature a spring-loaded self-close design that pulls the door shut firmly without soft-close damping, so doors will slam shut unless cushioned externally. Each hinge supports a 1-1/4" overlay, opening to 108 degrees for full access to cabinet interiors.
Built from hardened steel components, the TEC 864 includes a one-piece hinge and wrap-around base plate, with front locating tabs to help position the hinge easily during installation. The 3-way cam adjustment system (side, height, and depth) lets you align doors cleanly and efficiently using just a screwdriver, no need to uninstall or guess.
The hinge features a 45mm screw hole pattern, 35mm cup diameter, and 11mm cup depth, compatible with most modern cabinet setups and Grass insertion machines. Installation hardware is included: 2x #6 x 5/8" wood screws and 1x #10 x 3/4" wood screw per hinge.
Ideal for those seeking dependable cabinet hardware with a strong, consistent closing action, the Grass TEC 864 hinge delivers lasting performance with the right mix of adjustability, strength, and straightforward functionality.
