- Disables Door Knobs/Valves: This device fits over the door knob to lock it in place, preventing turning of knob and blocking keyhole access. It adds an extra layer of security to door handles, deterring unauthorized entry or exit—even by key holders. It can also be used to disable valves and faucets.
- Heavy Duty All-Metal Construction: Made from integrally cast aluminum, this device surpasses traditional plastic/thin metal version in durability. With its recessed step design at the closure point ensuring a seamless lock fit to thwart prying attempts, the integrally cast hinge and padlock eye provide resistance against forced damage and tampering.
- Adjustable Design: Since doorknob neck diameters vary, this device features an adjustable mechanism for a customized fit. Simply adjust it to match your specific door knob for optimal security.
- Compact & Includes Storage Bag: Designed for portability, it can be easily handled with one hand. The included waterproof storage bag allows you to hang the device on a door knob or door stopper for quick access when needed.
- Usage Scenarios: CASE 1 - At Home or Hotels: Lockout the exterior of the door knob while sleeping for added protection, or lock the interior to prevent children or dementia patients from wandering out. CASE 2 - When Away: Lock the exterior of the door knob to enhance security and prevent unauthorized access—even by those with keys.
- When installed on one side of the door knob, it does not affect the functionality of the opposite side, allowing normal use when needed.
