My shark mop vacuum cleaner won't charge. The indicator lights up when plugged in. But there is no charge.
If the lights come on that means there is power to the mop. That means the charger is working. So I would say that means the internal battery in your mop is not taking the charge. So Mop is bad.

No, it is compatible with Shark VM252, VM252C, VM251, QM250 and VM250 cordless hard floor vacuum models, but not with VM200 series.
