Usage Instructions
1、Size Confirmation: If there is no old belt, wrap a string around the pulley path, mark it, straighten and measure with a soft tape to ensure it matches the 22-inch inner circumference; if there is an old belt, directly measure its inner circumference.
2、Installation Steps: First loosen the equipment's tensioning device (e.g., motor adjustment bolt), manually press the belt into the pulley groove to ensure it fits the groove wall completely, then retighten the tensioning device until the belt has no obvious slack.
3、Maintenance Notes: Avoid the belt contacting engine oil, butter or gasoline to prevent corrosion; store in a cool place away from direct sunlight when not in use; regularly check belt tension, and replace in time if slipping, cracking or severe wear occurs; replace multiple belts of the same equipment at the same time to ensure consistent tension.
