What drywall reading indicates risky moisture level?
For drywall:
0.1%~1.4% = Dry & safe
1.5%~2.9% = Moist, needs attention
3% and above = Wet & risky, high chance of mold, peeling and hollow wall.
Is it suitable for home inspection and construction testing?
