What is the reason that I am always prompted to fail calibration?
The water used for calibration may be mineral water, so be sure to use purified or distilled water for calibration.
Why is the language of the product I received in Chinese?
This is the error of the language settings, you can make the appropriate language settings to change to English (product details page has the corresponding video)
What kind of batteries does the product need?
Two AAA batteries, Please separate the positive and negative poles of the batteries and put them into the top cover of the product in order (batteries are not included in the package).
I received the product with the top lid open, has it been used by someone else?
