Measure the width of your four front teeth to determine size. If it is closer 1-1/8th inches (28 mm), order size SMALL. 1-1/4th (32 LARGE. 2. Remove cosmetic teeth from their packaging. 3. Follow instructions provided to fit upper teeth. 4. Once fitted, wear as desired, but remember they are not for braces, eating, and NOT for therapeutic use. Proceed with caution when wearing lipstick. 5. To remove, gently pull off teeth.
