Can the drawer slides really hold 200 lbs?
Yes, they can. We use 1.26mm thick cold-rolled steel—stronger than the 1mm steel others use. That extra thickness gives our slides the strength to hold up to 200 lbs.
Are they suitable for face frame cabinets?
Yes, they are—but you’ll need to use HBL’s rear mounting brackets. Just a heads-up: based on our testing, brackets from other brands may not be compatible.
After installing the drawer slides, it is hard to push in and out?
This usually happens when the gap on each side is slightly less than 1/2". The soft-close function needs an exact 1/2" clearance per side to work smoothly. We recommend remeasuring the gap to make sure it's correct.

This usually happens when the gap on each side is slightly more than 1/2". If that’s the case, you can install bumpers or spacers on the cabinet sides to reduce the gap and help the soft-close work properly.
