Do not fill with boiling water. Use water at 80-90°C only. Fill only to two-thirds capacity maximum to avoid expansion and potential overflow when screwing the cap. Always check for leaks before use. Use the provided cover to prevent direct contact with skin which may cause burns. Check stopper regularly for wear and tear damage. Replace the hot water bottle after two years of use. Keep out of reach of unsupervised children. Do not use if the bottle shows signs of damage, wear, or deterioration. Manufactured to B.S.1970:2012 safety standards.
Indications
For temporary relief of minor aches and pains including sore muscles, stiff neck, lower back pain, menstrual cramps, arthritis discomfort, and general muscle tension. May be used for warming hands and feet. Can also be used as a cold compress for minor swelling or to provide cooling comfort.
Directions
Fill the hot water bottle to a maximum of two-thirds capacity with water at 80-90°C (not boiling water). Ensure the anti-spurt lip is properly positioned to prevent water from spitting back out. Screw the cap tightly and check for any water leaks or water marks. Wipe dry if needed. Place the hot water bottle in the provided cover before applying to the affected area. Position on the desired body part such as neck, shoulders, back, abdomen, hands, or feet. For cold therapy, fill with cold water or ice and apply as needed. Remove the cover if more direct heat is desired.
