This latex-free, non-toxic reusable hot or cold gel pack can be heated in a microwave or cooled in a freezer for fast-acting, long-lasting relief. The unique gel beads allow the pack to stay flexible even when frozen, to provide comfortable cold therapy to ankles, wrists, arms, legs, elbows, necks and more!

The gel beads in this product are non-toxic. Some individuals may be sensitive to the materials used in this product. If any allergic reaction or skin irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult you physician. This product is not intended to replace medical advice or treatment.
Directions
Cold Therapy: Place room temperature pack in freezer for at least one hour maximum performance. Place pack on affected area with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply cold pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water. Heat Therapy: Wrap room temperature pack in towel and place in center of microwave. Microwave pack for 25 seconds and test pack temperature for comfort. If pack is not warm enough, reheat for 15 more seconds. Pack should be warm, not hot. If pack is too hot for comfort, allow pack to cool on tabletop until a comfortable temperature is reached. Place pack on affected are with plush side applied to skin. Always use cloth or paper towel when handling non-plush side of pack. Do not apply heat pack for over 20 minutes at a time. If pack causes discomfort, remove from body immediately. If gel beads contact body, wash skin thoroughly with soap and water.
